Jack and Steve made my buying experience the least stressful I have ever had. They answered all my questions in great detail. In terms of negotiation, they were transparent, honest and professional at all times...providing a fair deal with no haggling. They did a nice job preparing my car for pickup and made the transaction very efficient and painless. I would not hesitate to do business with them again...and HIGHLY recommend their dealership!

Best used car dealer in Bloomington IL I have bought 2 cars from the sales guy there Noah and is always super easy and laid back experience along with management they will make sure your taken care of on you new vehicle or trade in.

Found a Jeep at community motors through car gurus and Jack and Steve made the process super smooth. We were out of state and flew in to do the final checkout and purchase then drove the vehicle home. Jack answered all our questions and got us the photos and videos we asked for since we couldn't just swing by to check it out ourselves. Jeep was as described and the process was simple even buying from out of state. Fair price, easy process no nonsense.

They had a 2010 Hyundai Elantra that I originally wanted. I kept coming back to it, and finally decided to go after another car at another dealership. That car was very cute, but I chose substance over cuteness. I also drove the other car and the a/c wouldn't come on. When I got back from the test drive the owner of the dealership said "well, it's an as-is car and it needs a new compressor." I called Jack at Community from the other parking lot and within ten minutes had arranged to purchase it and have it delivered. SOOOOOOOO glad I did. I love my Elantra, and Jack and Community Motors really did me a solid. Good dealership and very good customer service.

The man pictured here (Jack) is to be praised and protected at all costs, he single handedly stopped me from driving away after I already put my motorcycle helmet on. My experience at Community Motors is as follows, walked the lot, talked to a gentleman inside, went to leave, then Ol Jack comes out and quite literally saves the day.( I am summarizing an over the top perfect experience, I could quite literally write about only positive things until I’m out of characters in this review) Jack went above and beyond to not only get me the perfect vehicle for me and my budget, he also was an extremely kind and easy to talk to gentleman. I am now the very proud owner of a 2016 Subaru forester 2.5i premium, when I tell you that they only sell quality vehicles at extremely reasonable prices, there is not a fleck of doubt in my mind. The value that I got here at this dealership has made me a lifetime customer, as long as my man Jack is around, I will be sending every single person I know to Community Motors. I should also mention that the GM is the fairest and reasonable people I have ever met at a dealership.(I worked at 2 dealerships, a large portion of employees at dealerships are whole snakes, not these guys!!) Thank you Jack, and everyone send out some good thoughts and vibes for him( he just had a surgery.)

I really appreciate how easy you guys made purchasing the hummer. With so much stress going on in the world I was worried about buying a car from a different state. You guys made the experience easy and honest. Will recommend you guys any day.

They sold me a beautiful car for a great price. I liked the fact that it's a small dealership and the salesmen were straight up and honest with me. I didn't feel like I was being screwed over at any point. They were very firm with the price though but like I said it was a great price so that's not too upsetting. Only thing I don't like is the ugly sticker they put on my beautiful Cadillac. Like really? An orange sticker on my black car? The audacity.
